Objective
Penn State's Department of Architectural Engineering wanted to completely overhaul their existing website. The priorities for the site were that it be easy to update, flexible, fast, accessible, and have a clean graphic design.
Solution
Since flexibility, accessibility and speed were a concern, I chose to make heavy use of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). I developed a set of Server Side Include (SSI) based template pages to help standardize future content addition.
