Objective
Penn State's Partnership for Achieving Construction Excellence wanted their site completely redesigned and restructured. They wanted a more professional design as well as the capability to easily edit content.
Solution
I created a more polished design based on the original site and further suggestions from the client. I also developed a set of standards-compliant Dreamweaver templates which also allow for simple site maintainence. A web-based utility page was added to enable the client to update the site's menu easily.
